Questions & Answers

Wired AU7010 for a new outdoor speaker installed on the OnQ system. The power is working - the LED lights on the volume respond when the proper buttons are pushed -- so does the F1 (favorite) LED, but the Power LED is not lit. Thoughts?

Unplug power from the AU7000 and plug it back in, that should cause the system to discover the new keypad.

What does a blinking f1 mean on the face of the device?

Wired AU7010 and there is power -- the volume leds respond and the F1 (favorite) button responds, but the power LED is not lighting up. Any ideas?

What does a blinking f1 light on the face of the device mean? Trying to replace speaker and I can’t get no sound but this blinking f1 sign.

It indicates that the keypads are not communicating with the AU7000. Power off the AU7000 and power it back on. This should restore communication. If not, contact technical support at either 8669773901, Technical Support, ONQ. Or, email us at technical.support-hs@legrand.us

Will you be releasing the Audio Controls in the Radiant Line Dark Bronze Color Scheme? We have the Dark Bronze switch plates and wanted to try to match them.

What is the correct cable pinout for the AU7010? Nothing I have tried (straight, cross) has worked and your people were too lazy to put that into the installation instructions.

As listed in the instructions, the pinout is EIA/TIA568A on both ends. white-green,green,white-orange,blue,blue-white,orange,brown-white,brown
