Wattstopper’s CI-355 passive infrared (PIR) occupancy sensor automatically turns lighting on and off based on occupancy. The sensor mounts on the ceiling with a flat, low-profile appearance and provides 360 degrees of coverage.

Nesecito ayuda para que el sensor no encienda las luces con la presencia de luz ambiental, ya hice lo que dice el manual pero aún encienden durante el día

Calo, El sensor se debe de programar durante la hora del dia que aiga suficiente luz. Undes el boton de daylight por 2 segundos y nos retiramos del sensor por 10 segundos, estaran parpariando los LEDs. Cuando los LEDs dejen de parpariar regrese el cubierto al dispositivo.

Can you use a light dimmer in conjunction with the CI-355

i have replaced fluorescent lamps in 3 fixtures within line LED lamps controlled by a CI355. Now the sensor times out then turns right back on. is this sensor not compatible?

The CI-355 is compatible with LED fixtures. The sensor may need to be adjusted. Please contact Wattstopper Technical Support @ 800-879-8585 for troubleshooting assistance.

How do I verify if the CI-355 sensor meets certain IEEE, NEMA and UL standards to meet a specification if you cannot find these respective certifications on a cut sheet?

Protocols and standard that is required for Wattstopper to meets would be on the cut sheet or the installation guide. If it is not on one of them then the customer would need to contact our product team for more information..
