So happy with our purchase
I’m so glad I found Legrand products. We love our touch dimmer. It was easy to install and is super stylish. We can’t wait to replace all our switches and plugs with the adorne line.

What is the minimum load of this dimmer? It switches an indirect (strip) LED on and off but does not dim it up or down.
The ADTH703TUW4 minimum load requirements are:
Min. load rating:
• Incandescent: 20W
• MLV: 20VA
• ELV: 20W
• EFL: .08A
• CFL and LED: 6W
I would make sure that the LED's are "dimmable"

My 0-10v when hooked up will come on but can not shut off or dim, face does not light up and it is grounded
Make sure You Have a Hot wire going into the terminal labled Hot. A neutral wire in the terminal labled White. The load wire in the terminal labled Load. And connect Your Violet and Gray wires to the Violet and Gray wires on Your 0-10 volt dimming ballast.

I'm installed 3 touch dimmer but it's not working What is the reason that any dimmer work?
Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Touch 0-10 V dimmer. Is the device snapped into the bracket? If it is not snapped in to the grounded bracket, the device will not function. Additionally, this is a 0-10 V dimmer so it needs to be connected to a 0-10 V dimming ballast. If that is not the type of install you have, you may need a different dimmer.
