Please see the attached diagram. The X,Y,Z will each attach to a hot lead and the G terminal is for the ground

on a Pass & Seymour 30 AMP NEMA L1630 PLUG, there are 2 little black crescents that fell out of the plug housing before I could run cable through housing. I cannot figure out how they sit in the housing, can you help?
