can this dim 0-10 volt drivers or is it just adjusting sensor to preset hi and low trim levels. I need to be able to dim from 100 down to about 5% if needed.

The FS-205 occupancy sensors turn lighting ON and OFF based on occupancy and ambient light levels. It does not have continues dimming

Can these be safely used in exterior locations if mounted under soffit?
The CX-100 sensor does not have an IP rating suited for exterior usage
