what are the dimensions of the floor box/floor plate? I would like to install this over an existing 4" dia. core. Will the screw holes on the base plate be far enough apart for the screws to anchor to solid concrete?

Can we bring a conduit right into box from slab or do we need a floor box under it?

we need to use this in a restaurant kitchen, is this watertight, if not do you have a recommendation for a similar housing that is watertight
Hello,
The 525 is a service fitting for infloor duct and it is not water tight. While our floor boxes are scrub water rated for mopping, we do not have a water tight option. Please give us a call to discuss the application, 844-957-3783 option 2 for Wiremold and 2 for Technical Support.

Can a NEMA 14-50 plug outlet fit into this box?
Hello Brian,
This box could accept the plug. However, the plug that plugs into the device would bottom out and would not be accessible.
Please reference EFB45S-OG floor box and EFB45-50A adapter which can be recessed into concrete.
A finished cover is available separately. (for example: EFB45BTCBK)
