Operations
Early in Career Development Programs at Legrand
The Operations Management Program offers associates interested in industrial engineering or manufacturing leadership an accelerated path to joining the next generation of Legrand North and Central America (LNCA) operations leaders. The three-year program features three rotations designed to give participants on-the-job skills in all aspects of operations, from supervisory management and controlling specific productivity and manufacturing processes, to business/finance and lean implementation.Core Competencies
Onboarding begins with a business overview and management training. Each of the three one-year rotations will provide associates the opportunity to supervise, implement process improvements and manage technical projects.
Training will be provided twice a year on a variety of lean, technical and soft skills. Associates are assigned mentors selected to support and encourage their individual development and growth.
At completion of three years of rotations, associates will be promoted—based on preference and business need—to advanced operations roles in areas such as quality, sourcing, or advanced manufacturing positions at a LNCA site.
