Fostering Better Communities



Legrand founded the Better Communities program in 2014 to enhance employee and community welfare through programs that help people enjoy healthier, more productive and more rewarding lives. ​​​​​

The program is centered on three focal areas that underscore Legrand’s core competencies as a company.

Encouraging Volunteerism

Employees Receive Time Off to Volunteer
Each year, full-time employees receive 16 hours of paid time off to volunteer in Legrand-sponsored Better Communities events.​​​​​​​
