Legrand Announces Sales Leadership Updates, Promoting Internal Talent for Three Key Roles

WEST HARTFORD, CT (March 18, 2025) Legrand®, a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, has announced a series of sales leadership updates for the Electrical Wiring Systems (EWS) division of Legrand, North and Central America (LNCA). With the aim of supporting EWS objectives around continuous growth and enhanced customer experience, the latest updates include promotion of long-standing Legrand team members to three key roles within the sales organization.

“We have an incredible wealth of talent and expertise within EWS, “ commented John Hoffman, Legrand’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Demand Creation for the division. “As we evaluated each of these roles, we were delighted – though not surprised – to find the ideal candidates on our existing team. These individuals all share a comprehensive understanding of our customers and their needs, which sets them up for success as they take on new and expanded responsibilities.”

Scott Burleson, Senior Director of Revenue Operations
Currently in his 15th year with Legrand, Scott Burleson most recently held the position of District Sales Manager for Georgia and Alabama since 2014. Prior to that, his roles in market development and contractor sales ensured a solid foundation of product knowledge and customer relationships within the electrical industry. As the new Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, Scott’s range of past experiences will enable him to enhance alignment and collaboration across EWS functions, ensuring the team delivers the highest quality of solutions, programs and resources to market.

Jeff Britt, District Sales Manager for Georgia and Alabama
Jeff Britt brings more than three decades of industry experience to his new position as District Sales Manager. Since joining Legrand in 2005, he has taken on a variety of roles, most notably serving as a National Accounts Manager for the last decade as part of the company’s Strategic Contractor Group. During that time, Jeff proved instrumental in developing and deepening contractor relationships, and in solidifying Legrand’s reputation as a trusted resource. He will now leverage his vast industry knowledge as he leads electrical distribution sales for all of Georgia and Alabama.

Jay Joerg, Director of Strategic Accounts
Both a veteran of the United States Army and seasoned sales leader, Jay Joerg has been a record-setting Strategic Account Manager for Legrand since joining the company in 2010. His talent for nurturing robust relationships, with customers as well as with other internal teams, has helped Jay secure substantial and ongoing growth for Legrand and the strategic accounts he has served. With this promotion to Director of Strategic Accounts, Jay will now be responsible for managing the Strategic Accounts team and providing the right targets, insights and support to foster their continued success.

“Scott, Jeff and Jay are key contributors to our organization,” adds Hoffman. “They have all the drive and know-how needed to continuously excel, and I’m excited to see the positive impact they will continue to make on our business, and on that of our customers, from within their new roles.”

The leadership updates are all in effect as of March 2025.
