PRISM often hosts and participates in all-ERG panel discussions with Elle, BPN, VETS, HALO, and other ERGs, to unite the company’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. We host frequent Community Conversations for exclusively LGBTQ+ identifying individuals as well as Community Conversations that include allies and LGBTQ+ individuals to foster positive discourse.
