PRISM is a chapter of the global #LegrandRainbow LGBTQ+ Network and all Legrand associates—LGBTQ+ and allies—are welcome to join and support this ERG. Focusing on uniquely American and Canadian issues facing Legrand’s LGBTQIAP2+ associates, PRISM provides and promotes LGBTQ+ visibility among staff and with management about current workplace and social issues that affect the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage all to join, learn more, build your understanding, and engage with and support your LGBTQ+ coworkers!
Mission:

PRISM is dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment for people of all genders and sexual orientations. We commit to building awareness, providing educational opportunities, and distributing impactful equality & equity tools in order to foster growth, understanding, and general positive impact for LGBTQ+ associates and allies. Through diversity we garner strength.

It is provided by Prism as an educational resource for Legrand employees to foster clarity, address burning questions one might be unsure how to ask and inspire associates to celebrate the diversity of this community
