Yes, that is the "EZ" part of the product name.
These are the connectors where the conductors pass through the end of the connector and are cut flush by the appropriate crimping tool.

ARE THESE FOR NON SHLDED CAT6A CABLE

Thank you for your interest in this product. These are not for CAT6A and are not shielded. They are meant for us with CAT5e cable. We do carry a CAT6 compliant version here:
