There are no current replacements. You can look on the secondary market for used parts. The door module's model number is F7596

My IC5002-OB is not working. I understand it is discontinued, however the circuit board does appear to have power, (green LED on board). Who is the original supplier of the boards? Would it be possible that the circuit board is used in other products?
The boards are custom made for this product and are not used in other products. We do not offer schematics for these integrated circuits. Unfortunately, we no longer manufacture these units.

My door unit for ic5002 is dead. Which models should I search for. What are all the compatible models out there ?
Our apologies, the Selective Call Intercom system is discontinued. We have no further replacement parts available for sale. The only units compatible with that system are the IC5002 and IC5003. No other product is compatible.

I have a door unit that isn't working. IC5002 Flashing red light on the board (2 flash interval) What does this indicate? Possible to put on a new ethernet connector and recrimp existing cable?
Received advice to connect the door unit directly to the distribution hub with a known good cable. Powered down, connected it and the door unit was discovered and worked. So I will be repairing the existing cable. I should have thought of this but thanks for the tip!
By the way, red blinking sequence changed to a 1 then 3 quick pattern. Guess that is the correct pattern since he doorbell works now.

On-Q - I've a IC5002-BS. The PC Board needs replacement. Is there anyway I can get a replacement? Any other boards that are compatible.
The Legrand ONQ Selective Call intercom line has been discontinued.
No replacement parts are available for the system.
Legrand no longer manufactures any intercoms for the North American Market.

No it is not. Furthermore, Legrand no longer manufactures any intercom system in North America.

I have a damaged IC5002-OB unit for my front door that integrates to my On-Q intercom system. Is the IC5003 compatible with my current system?
Yes, it is compatible.
Please be advised that the system is discontinued and parts are no longer in stock from our warehouses.
If you successfully locate one, make sure you remove power from the intercom distribution module before removing and reinstalling the new unit. The system does not support "hot-plugging" of stations.
