I have a AU7396 with a single zone RCA input. Can I disconnect the wall RCA (no longer use) and install a AU7002 instead. I would like to use the app?

You can disconnect your Single Source Input Module and connect a AU7002 to your AU7396 and use the Digital Audio app

I have an AU1002 which has been working correctly and I just added an AU7002 to add internet radio functionality and app control to my house. Having trouble with the bind process. I've tried both the current Nuvo Player and the Legrand Digital Audio App.

I installed the LAN and Single CAT 5 cables and the led keeps blinking white

That unit is malfunctioning then. It should only blilnk white for approximately 2 minutes then go solid.

How do I get Spotify to work with my Legrand LyriQ system? Tunein works and there is no connect icon showing.

Spotify with the LyriQ AU7002 is done via the Spotify App and the connect icon. It requires a Spotify Premium account to work.

I recently moved in a house had only the au1002 I was told to get the au7002 to I hear music however it is really low what can I do

Are you using the Legrand slider bar in the bottom of the app along with the wall mounted keypad to control the volume? Or are using just the fixed mode setting? You have the option of either or as a setting in the app.

My system has worked for years and all of sudden it stopped. I looked at the AU700, unplugged & reconnected. It shows connection with LAN and the light next to bind goes green for a few seconds then turns back to red.

Mine has worked great for years now but all of the sudden the light does not come on. I see that there is a USB connector on the back. Is there an update I need to install. Thanks

Hello, No LED at all means the unit is not receiving power. The unit is getting its power from the CAT5 that plugs into the port at the bottom right from the distribution module. Have you tried replacing that CAT5 to see if it powers the unit on? If it still does not, the unit will likely need to be replaced. When loading my personal music library it just gets stuck and never loads my music. At one point it worked but now nothing. The app still works and I can use password pandora and iheart with no issues.
