Questions & Answers

one switch cycles every 20 minutes - how to change that

Asked by: NIck
Hello, The LMSW-10x series does not have a sensor built in, there should be one mounted either in the ceiling or corner. We can increase the delay using the display screen or our LMCT-100 IR remote. From the display press the F - Feature button until you see T-delay then use the up button to increase, it maxes out at 30 minutes. LMCT remote - Sensor configuration>current settings>time delay and send

Does Wattstopper intend to update the aesthetic of these switches? They have the same look as they did when DLM was released in 2009. Your competitor had their first gen of products out a shorter duration and came out with a modern aesthetic...

Asked by: Innoaudits
As far as I know as of this moment we have not been informed if or when the aesthetic will be changed on Wattstopper DLM products.
