how do you make the lmsw-103 dim the lights, my top button is the only one working to turn on and off, other 2 buttons are useless. even after a hard reset

Hi Chris, When hooked up to a dimming room controller the loads will ramp up and down when you push and hold the button for that load on a LMSW-103 switch. Please reach out to our tech. support team for further assistance with assigning loads to buttons or refer to the installation instructions. Is the LMSW 103 switch dimmable
