The LMCI-100 Computer to DLM interface connects to a PC’s USB port running the LMCS-100 Digital Lighting Management computer software and to a Digital Lighting Management (DLM) system through the RJ45 connector. The computer tools allow users to read, store and modify DLM system configurations.

I connect my lmci adapter to my computer and open lmcs software. The software shows the lmci with a connection, but then it shows no IRB no connection. I have tried reinstalling the driver and restarting the software and computer, but nothing works.

The LMCS may not be pointing to the correct COM Port. Please contact Technical Support @ 800-879-8585 for further assistance.
