How do you know that sensitivity is set to 70% on the adjuster. I don’t see any arrows or indicators on the dial
It's not marked in percentages - it's an analog setting from minimum to maximum.
Rotate the potentiometer to approximately 70% of maximum.

Im was wondering how to increase the time before the lights turn off. I am a custodian at an elementary school and I have complaints from teachers when there in their classrooms without students.
The sensor has a maximum time delay of 30 minutes and is set by adjusting the "dip switches" 1, 2, and 3(shown on page 5) on the instruction sheet. The link to it is provided below:
