I'm trying to adjust the sensitivity and time of my watt stopper UT-300 but NO LUCK!  In the Dip switchTime delay there are 1 - 2- 3 switches in various categories.  I want to set a 30 second delay.  Do I adjust 1, 2, or 3?  I am totally confused!  Is the

Hi James, The time delay is set using the first 3 dip switches. For a 30 second delay 1 and 2 off(down) and switch 3 on(up).
