The DSW-302 dual technology wall switch sensor turns lights ON and OFF based on occupancy and contains two relays for controlling two independent lighting loads or circuits. It combines the benefits of passive infrared (PIR) and ultrasonic detection technologies for high sensitivity to small and large movements. The DSW-302 replaces existing wall switches and fits a standard decorator wall plate.

Yes, the switch is multi-way capable. See the attached instruction sheet. You use the neutral from the primary load.

does this switch feature a night light component if the power goes out in a room?

No, this switch does not have an LED that stays on in the case of power loss.

Does this switch have dimming capability?

The DSW-301 and DSW-302 do not have dimming capabilities. They are both Dual Tech Occupancy Sensor Switches. The DSW-301 is the single relay version with 1 button. The DSW-302 is a dual relay version capable of handling 2 separate loads, with 2 buttons.

Can I use the DSW-302-W to control one half of a receptacle and the other switch for the light in order to comply with NEC 406.6 (E) and ASRAHE Standard 90.1: Section 8.4.2 THANK YOU

Placing a plug-load or controlled receptacle is not recommended for this device. It is only rated for lighting loads and small motor loads.
