Rated 1 out of 5 by from High Pitched Sound This device emits a high frequency sound that is extremely disturbing to younger adults to the point where they are unable to work in their workspace. Contacted support, but no response. Using disable functions does not turn sound off.

Questions & Answers

Hello, We have several of the discontinued WT-1100's in need of replacement. They connect with a ribbon cable. The UT-305-2 does not use the ribbon cable. How would we connect from the ribbon cable to the UT-305-2's terminals? Thank you

The WT and UT sensors connect to the same wires on a Power Pack: the red 24V DC, the black Common, and the blue Control Output wire. If a contractor installed a ribbon cable between the Power Pack and the sensor, you can determine the correct connections by examining the wires. First, locate the Power Pack and its low-voltage wires, and identify the colors of the wires that connect to the red, black, and blue wires. Then, on the sensor side, match those colors to determine which wires should connect to the UT-305-2's terminals. You can also call Technical Support at 1-800-879-8585 for additional questions.

So I see that the WT1100 has been discontinued. I think that is the sensor I used in the past to work in conjunction with the BZ150 relay. So very simple what is it being replaced by ??? You info dose not make if clear.

The WT-1100 model has been replaced by the UT-300-2, which includes an isolated relay with the sensor, or the UT-305-2, which does not include an isolated relay.
