Wattstopper’s WT Ultrasonic Ceiling Sensors utilize 32 KHz frequency ultrasonic technology to detect occupancy. The sensors are available in several models to control lighting in a wide variety of applications.

If I enable the override, does the sensor become manual on/auto off or manual on/manual off?

Setting DIP switch #6 to “ON” will bypass (override) all the sensor’s occupancy control functions. Lights can still be manually on/off controlled with a light switch.
