Questions & Answers

Is there a replacement device since this one is discontinued? Thanks.

Asked by: Lucas
ONQ does not, however C2G makes something similar. https://www.cablestogo.com/usb-and-pc/usb-cables-adapters-and-hubs/usb-extension-cables-and-devices/usb-bluetooth-receiver/p/cg-41322

Can I use two devices in an AV rack for two separate amplifiers. If so, is there any way to rename the 2 devices?

Asked by: Tim
You can, but there is no way to rename devices. These adapters are discontinued and no longer available for sale.

I have Legrand - On-Q AU8001V1, I am not able to pair the device except iPhone. I am looking support to pair it with my windows computer.

Asked by: Balaji
Turn off the bluetooth on your iPhone. Unplug the AU8001 Plug it back in The unit should blink alternately red/blue Pair the device to your windows computer. The AU8001 can only be connected to a single device at a time, so if the phone is connected, the PC cannot be.
