Will this model integrate with the LC7001 and the lighting control app?
It will not. The LC7001 only integrated with the old Qmotion Qube. There is no way to integrate shades via the Legrand Light Control App with current shade controllers, except via 3rd party integration where available.

I am a developer wishing to integrate Legrand/QMotion Zigbee blind motors into a preexisting Zigbee Hub/Network. Do you have any documentation regarding Zigbee Cluster definitions for the blind motors in order to understand supported capabilities?

Does this work with HomeKit?

Qmotion shades do not currently integrate with Apple Homekit. It may in the future but at this point it does not.

Why can not not close my shades when the internet it is out? Or when your qmotion sever is offline? Is there a web site that shows when the Qmotion QZhub server is offline (if not can you make on)?

I sincerely apologize for the issues surrounding the Qzhub and your shades. Currently, the qzhub3 relies on a cloud connection in order for it to work and respond. Whenever the internet is out and the cloud connection is not active, the only form of control would be local, such as a handheld remote.
