The aluminum I-beam design of ITray is perfect for industrial installations with large diameter cables in long span situations, minimizing total tray width and creating a smooth transition between straight sections and fittings. A structural offset in the sidewall creates strong, mid-span splices that need fewer supports. Each splice snaps in place and stays without holding, Additionally, only four bolts are needed for each splice reducing hardware needs by 50%. These features allow Itray to be installed up to 30% faster than standard tray.

Questions & Answers
Why is it so hard to locate Louvered Cover Step Files for cable tray sections SB-4A12B-S144-24, SB-4A12B-S120-24, SB-4A-90HB12-06? At the very least there should be a detailed data sheet so one can model it themselves when using in an assembly.
STEP files are available for ladder trays and fittings so that users can verify cable tray will fit in their space.

STEP files for accessories not needed to verify space constraints can be created by Tech Services upon request. Please email technical.support-CAB@legrand.us with a list of part numbers.

hello, I am looking for the wind rating on these covers. what would the wind rating be for the covers and using self tapping screws as fasteners.
Cable trays are designed to be an open cable management system. In the most cases, covers are not used on cable trays for technical or safety reasons. The use of cable tray covers outdoors, specifically, is problematic due to the risk of high-wind situations. Tray-rated cables have mechanical and UV protection built into their construction so, in most cases, covers are not necessary to provide protection from the elements. For these reasons NEMA VE2, Cable Tray Installation Guidelines, does not recommend the use of covers outdoors.
