is the 942961 splice permitted for bonding sections together?

EDRNWH is not a UL classified splice. However, the bonded requirement would be met if paint was scraped from an area on both the EDRNWH and the painted wire mesh tray. Cablofil's recommendation is to use UL classified splice SWKEZ on the bottom of the tray over the pre-installed conductive tape. This will meet the UL bonding requirements. Then the EDRNWH can be used on the sides without the need to scrape paint. Please reach out to technical.support-CAB@legrand.us for a bonding/grounding brochure and additional information.
