Is this product ADA compliant? Assuming good for high traffic areas for an open office.

Can a Walker 863DPCOM floor box cover be used in a Wiremold/Legrand 881 Rachet pro PVC floor box?

Hello Sean, The 863DPCOM floor box cover cannot be used on an 881 floor box. The 897CTC** cover (** for finish/color) with power and two ports can be used instead. Thank you-

I have a customer with a P & S floor box with a brown plastic cover. It probably 25 years old. Is there a full assembly or plastic replacement cover that meets that description?

What replacement covers do you offer for this product?

Hi Jody, Unfortunately, there are no replacement cover options for the 863DPCOM boxes. They are sold as complete assemblies and a new box/cover combination would be needed for replacement parts.

I need power, and also HDMI and ethernet. I don't need coax. Can an HDMI connector be installed instead of the coax?

Does this cover replace the water p/n 1016 brass cover

Hi Brian, The 863DPCOM series is a complete assembly with box and cover combined. It is not a replacement for the cover you have existing. In order to accurately ID the cover you have will need to see if you can email us a picture. The 1016 number is a casting number and not an actual part number. If you can send us a picture to technical.support@legrand.us we will be able to advise the actual part number and help with replacements.

Can this box have (2) RJ45 instead of the (1) Coax and (1) RJ45?

The 863DPCOM is provided with one RJ45 and one coax connector. The coax connector can be replaced by another RJ45 jack (not included). The RJ45 must be a standard keystone type, for example Legrand p/n WP3460WH (link below). https://www.legrand.us/audiovisual/data-connectivity/keystone-inserts/cat-6-rj45-keystone-connector/p/wp3460wh
