Yes, this is a valid part number. It's a mounting bracket that would allow up to two cable retractors to mount perpendicular.

We have some cable damage from use in one of our conference rooms, is it possible to replace the cable in the retractor kit, and are there instructions available on how to if it is possible?

Unfortunately the cable within the retractor cannot be replaced. The retractor kit would need to be replaced entirely.

Does TBCRHDMI come with the external roller for horizontal mounting? If not, what is the part# and where can it be ordered?

The horizontal mounting bracket is sold separately. Part# for the bracket is TBCRHMK.

Hello, I am installing an TBCRHDMI retractable hdmi at a client conference room. It shows on the instruction that it has 12fr of hdmi coiled inside the case but only 5ft is retractable. Is there any adjustment that i can extend it longer then 5ft?
The maximum cable length you can pull out of the retractor case is 5 ft. The remaining cable length remains coiled inside and is required for the operation of the retraction mechanism. There is no further adjustment that can be made.

How do you get the cable to retract? Does it retract as soon as you release the cable or do you need to tug it to make it retract after pulling it to the desired length?

With a simple pull, the cable locks into place or retracts back into the table box. The cable does not retract as soon as it's released, a pull is needed.

Whether we can control speed of the Cable Retractor with HDMI Cable Model# TBCRHDMI ? If yes, how we can do it?
The TBCRHDMI Cable Retractor is provided with a High Speed HDMI cable. That is not a feature that can be changed. Please note that per the HDMI specification, only four HDMI type cables exist: Standard Speed, Standard Speed with Ethernet, High Speed and High Speed with Ethernet. The HDMI organization has put in place a rule that requires all HDMI cables to be marketed in this manner. Therefore you will not see our cables marketed as HDMI 2.0 cables. Keep in mind that installing a cable supporting HDMI 2.0 features does not give your existing devices with previous HDMI specifications the ability to experience 4K x 2K resolution, 3D audio return or Ethernet New A/V equipment supporting these desired features is required in order to experience the newly specified features.
