The Pop Up Tower allows for convenient access to power and charging while remaining hidden when not in use. The top cap of the tower pops up when pushed in and can be pulled up and locked in the open position, revealing two tamper-resistant outlets, a USB-A port and USB-C port. The USB ports share a combined total output of up to 15W for charging of small electronic devices. When finished with charging, the pop up tower can be pushed back down into the surface once the lock is released at the base of the unit.

However, unfortunately, it appears the USB-C port used at that time is not able to support charging of the latest series of iPhones. So less than 2 years after buying, I can't charge the very device I use most often in my home office. I was told by the support team that they updated the unit in 2023, so I must have just missed an upgrade window. I was further told to check the product date stamp to ensure I have the latest, but that is hard to do when buying online. It just feels like I wasted my money on this.
