Cable tray does not have voltage ratings. This tray rated cable can be installed in any cable tray.

The spacing between expansion splices is determined from the temperature differential and straight tray footage between bends. NEMA VE2/NEMA BI50016 standards publish a table used to determine this spacing. As an example, for a temperature differential of 25 degrees Fahrenheit, expansion splices should be used with wire mesh cable tray every 512 feet between bends. I would say you are correct. On page 18 of the Legrand Installation Guide, shows 9 cuts are needed for a sweep 90 on an 18" wide cable tray.
