Questions & Answers

Can your sleeve height be shortened to finish flush with top of concrete?

Asked by: JoeB
Hello Joe, Thank you for your inquiry. The 6PPS cannot be shortened to be flush with the top of the concrete. The mudcap that's included with the 6PPS is not considered concrete tight. Feel free to contact us direct with any future product questions. We can be reached by dialing 1-844-957-3783. From the main menu choose option 2 for Wiremold followed by 2 for Technical Support. Thank you for your interest in Wiremold products.

Are these sleeves 2 hr rated or are they part of the 2hr rated poke through assembly?

Asked by: Jonny
Hello, The sleeves are for construction purposes only, not a finished fire rated product. Once the concrete is poured the sleeve is then removed from the floor and the fire rated stem, or complete poke thru assembly will be inserted into the core hole which will provide the finished 2 hr rated poke thru assembly.
