preferred method to cut 4000 series wiremold
The best way to cut aluminum raceway (ALDS4000) is to use a chop saw with a 16" diameter carbide blade and 150 teeth. The blade should be well lubricated during the cutting process to ensure the smoothest cut edge.

Do you still sell the regular AL 4000 series wiremold. The ALDS 4000 just doesn't work for us here at UConn in the older labs

The AL4000 series is still available. It is a special order system which is put together through our Local Legrand reps.
