Is this product UL Listed?

Asked by: Jorge
Good Afternoon- The CDG-15 only has one compartment. Please note that this product is only intended for organizing and hiding cords and cables, and to minimize the risk of tripping on them. It is not a UL listed wiring method.

The double sided tape only appears to be single sided tape. After several minutes of pulling my hair out I still believe it is only single-sided tape. Please advise.

Asked by: Robandfab
The tape itself is very thin and is actually double sided. Perhaps the edge of a razor blade will help separate the other side of the double sided tape.

I purchased your Corduct product (15ft length) and am frustrated over one aspect: it was wound so tightly in the box that one end of the product continues to curl off the floor.  Tape won’t keep it flat. I've waited many days; no luck. help

The first suggestion is to uncoil the Corduct and then, prior to installing it in its permanent location, to place it on a flat surface in a warm room and weigh it down at the ends and the middle. Leave it like this for a day or so. In most cases this "trick" straightens it out. If that doesn't straighten it out to your satisfaction then try the following: put the Corduct in its final location, install the cords in it, and secure it with the double sided tape. Then, using low tack masking tape (make sure it's a type that will not leave marks on your floor after it's been removed), secure the Corduct flat to the floor by taping it in three or four places. Leave the masking tape on for a few days then remove it. Hopefully, after that, the Corduct will be straight enough to be held down properly by the double sided tape.
