Hello, Yes, the OFR48-2MRTC includes a 20A proprietary duplex receptacle which cannot be replaced with a standard 15A duplex. The OFR48-2 and OFR48-4 device boxes will accept standard receptacles. Thank you,

Hi Andrew. The box is meant for floor mounting as it's part of the Over Floor Raceway product line. These don't mount to the underside of the table, generally installed on the floor below a table.

Hi Scott, Yes the opening uses our CM2 modules to house jacks. We offer modules for generic keystone jacks (CM2-U2KEYA-BK) or Commscope/Systimax (CM2-U2ATT-BK). The opening will accept (3) of those modules for a total of up to (6) ports. If you're using a specific brand of jack and want to confirm compatibility please give us a call at 844-957-3783 (option 2 for Wiremold, followed by option 2 again for tech support).

Hello, The OFR48-2MRTC doesn't require the use of the transition channel. The opening provided is a proprietary size and would use our communication modules to house the jacks themselves. Since there are no screw holes and its a proprietary size opening aftermarket plates or adapters won't work as they would with the standard OFR48-2. Ultimately you can just pass cables through the low voltage half of the OFR48-2MRTC just unfortunately no option for adding a pass through specific plate.
