Does the 2000 series Plugmold need to be installed with the 2009 ground connector to ground the base and cover? Or, do the pre-installed receptacles in the 2000 series Plugmold ground the base and cover?
Greg,
The 2000 series painted steel raceway system may be grounded utilizing either a 2009 ground clamp or the green ground screw located n entrance end feed fittings 2010A2 or 2010A3.

Does the Plugmold 2000 series qualify as Hospital Grade?
Hello Kat,
The outlets in 2000 series Plugmold are considered 15A proprietary non hospital grade devices.
3000 series steel raceway is the smallest profile that could accommodate standard hospital grade devices.
Thank you,

I damaged the cover when installing it. Is it possible to buy a cover without the outlets installed?
Hi Chris,
We do not offer just the cover with the precut holes for this.
Thanks,

I'm retrofitting plugmould under cabinets and the existing feed will be in the midpoint of the strip. Can this be done? Will the connectors allow two wires on each side to allow feeding both sides?
Hi John,
Yes you can feed the Plugmold in the back of the strip using our W30 wire connectors. Keep in mind each section is different and the knockouts vary by strip so you'll want to make sure the new section of track will line up with the feed wires. This link will help explain the installation process:

Do you guys make a blank for the outlet for a plugmold w2000 series so I can delete a plug on the mold
Hello,
The Plugmold receptacles are not designed to be removed individually. There are no fillers for a open receptacle spot and the track itself should be cut down in front of the last receptacle if it is not needed. The only option is if you have extra track that you cut off you can use a section of blank cover to fill the void where the receptacle was.
