Do you make the Plugmold aluminum diamond plate power strip in a 36 inch length?
Hello Masqueman,
2000 series steel Plugmold is available in ivory, gray, white, black or stainless steel in a 36 inch length for hardwired applications. Diamond plate is not a finish we offer for this series.

Why doesn’t any of the plugs have power? It’s new out of the box.

When the plug on the end of the cord is plugged into a power source the outlets on the strip should have power. If they do not please call us direct to discuss in further detail. Our number is 1-844-957-3783. From the main menu select option 2 for Wiremold followed by option 2 for Technical Support.

How do I force the power strip into the mounting brackets?

The PM48TC will snap into the mounting clips, which will bend enough for a snug fit.

Does this have a warranty

Yes, the Plugmold Tough warranty is for 1 year after installation or 2 years from the date of purchase, whichever is sooner.

Where do I buy a replacement fuse and how do I replace it?
Hello,
The internal fuse would not be replicable. Opening the unit will void the product warranty. It would be best, depending on how old the strip is, to return it and receive a replacement unit.
