Plugmold sections offer single or alternating circuits, in standard or isolated ground receptacles. The ScuffCoat finish is scratch resistant and protects against nicks and chips while preventing color from fading.

The product makes it next to impossible to tie in wire. They are one of the worst thing I have had to install as an electrician. Do better

Does Legrand make an inside 90 degree fitting for Plugmold systems?
Hello,
Yes, 2017TC is the internal corner coupling used for form the inside 90.
Sections of WH2000B steel base slide into the internal corner coupling. WH2000C steel covers snap onto the base and intersect to form the 90 degree corner.

Can I combine 20 of these together (in series)? What is the Max?

The plugmold can be coupled together. You should consult your electrician or local AHJ for their recommendation of the max that the circuit can feed.

Can the length be cut to 1.5 foot length
Hello Maia,
Yes, any of the Plugmold hardwired products can be cut down to size.
An 18" length would have a total of (3) 15A tamper resistant outlets.

Can the 2000 or 2400 series raceway be utilized on curved walls with 15-20' radius?
Plugmold products do not bend on a radius.

in re installing plug molds underneath kitchen cabinets uppers: Can plug molds be cut on site by the electrician installing them?

Yes, the Plugmold systems can be cut down on site to fit the cabinet. The installation instructions provided with each section explain the steps for cutting. How can I know if an existing Plugmold is tamper resistant? Is there a "TR" marking on the receptacle or unit somewhere? Thanks
Hello Thomas,
There are a couple ways to identify whether or not your Plugmold strip has tamper resistant outlets. A product label should be located on the exterior of the base. If the part# on the product label contains "TR" this indicates the strip would have tamper resistant receptacles. The other way to identify is by taking a close look at the individual receptacle itself. A strip with tamper resistant receptacles will have a "TR" indicating mark on the receptacle.
