Fast Charging?
When will Legrand update it's current USB outlet to support fast charging, QC 3.0? I;m hesitant to install this product as all the newer phones/tablets/etc, now have fast charging capabilities. Thanks.

Great option
This is the fourth half size USB outlet we will have. They are great add ons to existing Legrand outlets (like I’m doing) or a great way to keep your highly visible outlets from getting cluttered. This USB outlet will be dedicated to Alexa.

High Pitch Sound is unbearable!
I got these because they are the only product of it's type. A single USB outlet. I've dealt with the whining for a while now. I have 5 of these and it was just expensive for what it is. I'm losing my mind! I have 3 in the living room and they just emit this high pitch sound 24/7.

Do you have instructions for wiring in a USB outlet paired with a regular 15a tamper-resistant Adorne outlet in a single gang arrangement? The instructions that came with the outlets only show how to wire them in individually.
You just need to connect the Black wire from the USB to the HOT terminal and the white wire to the NEUTRAL terminal on the adorne receptacle.

Hello, thank you for you inquiry. A standard size 2-gang plate in the adorne collection,can accommodate 2 standard size adorne devices, 4 half-size devices, or a combination of 1 standard size device with 2 half-size devices. There are no half-size receptacles. You can however swap out a standard size switch for a standard size receptacle.

"...The USB outlets should not be causing the GFCI to trip as long as your are not sharing a Neutral connection..." Per your response these USB can't be used on a kitchen countertop unless a dedicated circuit is added, Is this correct?
The USB outlets can be installed on the LOAD side of the GFCI without issue.

Can the Half size usb outlet be paired with a GFCI outlet using the same wires?
If you have a 2 gang box you can run the USB off the Load side of the GFCI. You do not have enough room to put them together in a 1 gang box because of the size of the GFCI body.

I have one set of wires coming out of the wall as this is just replacing one standard outlet. Can I have two USB units to one set of wires and how is this done?
Yes, just connect the two black wires for the USB's to your HOT wire and then the white wires to your NEUTRAL wire.
