ADWR703TUM4 is the universal dimmer designed for most types of LED's.

Yes, it will but you have to ensure that you have the accessory light installed.

Can I use this for garbage disposal, mounted under a upper cabinet?
Yes, as long as your garbage disposal does not exceed the horse power rating on the switch. A 15A , 120VAC adorne switch has a 1/2hp rating.

Do ypu have this switch in a 4 way?
Unfortunately, the Whisper switch style is not available in a 4-way, but we do have the Paddle switch style available in a 4-way option. It is part number ASPD2042W4 (in white). You may also be interested in our Radiant collection which has 4-way switch options as well.
