Will this product for into module of adorn under counter lighting or a gang box used in under counter lighting system adorne

The ARUSB2AA6G4 would have to be installed into a Control Box if you want it part of your under cabinet track system. The track system is not available in the Graphite finish.

Does this USB port come with 4 connections in black?

It has two terminals(HOT & NEUTRAL) and you can feed power downstream to the next receptacle or device..
