Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely useless paper weight. Trash. I've owned all types of wifi plugs from different manufacturers. This is by far the worst. Considering that it does not allow you to set it up. The device cant communicate properly with the buggy app. First off you have to decipher which app by the manufacturer you need to download. They have several apps for their IOT devices. The quick start guide doesn't even mention the app name to download...So that's a star off right there. Once I found the app I BELIEVED to be the correct one, you plug in the device and this is the next reason for another star off, you have to select to add a device, and then a device type (plug, dimmer, etc, from a large list) then the app integrates the phone camera and asks you to scan a QR code that is included in the box. If you don't have this QR code, you cannot continue. Seeing as the device is almost impossible to set up, if you give up for the time being and circle back to it, you better be sure you haven't lost the QR code or you're done for. Then the next step tells you to connect to the device wifi network. So I did that and came back to the app and it tells me I am not connected to the correct wifi network. How is that possible? I don't own any other Legrand devices, and I was clearly connected to the right device wifi network. I tried EVERYTHING under the sun to make it work except call tech support. I tried resetting the device, plugging it into different outlets in the house, renewing the lease on the Legrand device wifi network, forgetting the device wifi network, and the list goes on. I will try to call tech support for a fix but this is unacceptable and I would not recommend this device to anyone, not even my worst enemy. This company really needs to get on board with a simple device set up experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great great little smart plugs that work with alexa. If you can't get it to work, you are doing something wrong. Most of the bad reviews are people who don't understand what they are doing. Important to note, only works with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If you don't know what that means, ask google. I plugged in, set up app, got working in the smart home app right away, then added the skill to Alexa, linked the accounts and voila, you can control with your voice. It's really simple and the app is nice too

What is going on with the migration to Legrand web service from Samsung? There should be somewhere your customers can get information. This is TERRIBLE customer service. The new app tries to migrate every time I open the app. Succeeds with errors it says.

After plugging in the WWP10 outlet: Download the Legrand Smart Lights app 1. Login or Create an ARTIK cloud account to enable control from your phone. 2.
