I'm a little confused. Why does the cut sheet description refer to #10 x 2" screws and the imprint on the inside of the electrical box itself refer to 0.12 x 2" screws?

Builder did not provide factory screws after installing. Need to buy #10 x 2" screws. But what type of screw? Since fan weight is screwed into joists, should I use wood screws? The screws in photo look like screws for metal.
