Is the color gray still available for the Pass & Seymour Slater 1 Gang Round Thermoplastic Floor Box Cover? The only place I have found that carries this is Home Depot and the gray has been out of stock for awhile.

How do you remove and replace the hinged cover without breaking it? Only opens up about 90 degrees and it hits the bottom of couch.

The floorbox cover will just snap on/off if not attached by screws.

The floor box includes 4 mounting screws, that are 2 inches long, #8 x 18 thread size.

Sorry I asked this question on the brass version but I have this white plastic version. The description above says "Hinged door is removable and easily replaceable." Can I get a replacement door for the plastic unit (TM1542TRW)? Thanks.

The doors are not sold separate for any of the colors for the TM1542TR floorboxes.

How do you remove the trim plate around the receptacle on the TM 1524 TRLA? I need to replace the whole plate. The door and outer assembly are all busted up.

The inner plastic cover around the rectangle receptacle lifts up exposing the screws.
