Features

  • Protects against electrical shock caused by ground-fault occurrences.
  • Conducts an industry-leading automatic self-test every 3 seconds. If the portable GFCI device ever fails, the red indicator light flashes to signal it should be replaced.
  • Equipped with proven SafeLock protection feature: if critical components are damaged and protection is lost, power to the outlet is disconnected.
  • Open neutral relay automatically cuts power to device line conductor if the neutral wire preceding the portable GFCI becomes damaged.
  • Requires portable GFCI to be manually set for use by pressing reset button upon plug in and after loss of primary power.
