What are the terminal screw torque values?
The required torque for the terminal screws, to include all Legrand/Pass & Seymour 15, 20, and 30 Amp receptacles is 14 to 18 inch pounds.

What color wires attach to the Positive and Negative on the 3820 plug?
The Nema 14-20R terminals are marked to be wired as follows:
X - HOT
Y - HOT
W - Neutral
G - Ground
