I use my outlet with two USB C ports frequently. I tried plugging in two devices (Anker portable chargers), and started to get flashing LEDs - both green. What does this mean?

How bright are the LED indicators? Can they be turned off?
Thank you for your Inquiry. The LED's cannot be turned off on the Power Delivery USB receptacle. Please review the following specifications for the light intensity of the LED indicators.
Luminous Intensity - Yellow/Amber - 120 mcd & Green 45 mcd

Can it charge 2 devices at 30 watts at the same time? Or will the outlet split the watts 15w and 15w for each devices?
The available power delivery profiles for a single device are: 5V/3A (15W), 9V/3A (27W), or 15V/2A (30W).
When two devices are connected, the power at each USB-C port defaults to 5V/3A max (15W each; total 30W).

DoesThe transformer shuts down wen not in use?
The power supply is "EcoSmart" and energy efficient. It does go into a "sleep" mode when not in use.
