Can I run a multiwire branch circuit to a duplex receptacle if I remove the tad on the ungrounded conductor side of the device? This would be two separate 120-volt circuits (240 hot-to-hot) sharing a neutral, fed from a 2-pole breaker.

Thank you for your inquiry. For this application to work, the split tab would need to be removed and a neutral pigtailed to each neutral terminal. Can I put half of a 15 amp Radiant outlet on a switch?

Hi Greg. Yes you can. You'll just have to remove the split circuit tab in order to create a half-controlled receptacle.

I am looking for switches and outlets in dark almond. Light almond is too light. if the Radiant Brand does not carry a darker almond, do you know of a brand that does? Thank you

Hello, "Dark almond" is not a color option we offer in any of our collections. We do have "nickel" and "dark bronze" options however. I would suggest taking a look at those to see if they'd be appropriate in your application.
