Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not reliable. When they work, they work great. But they are not reliable. I have a house full of these installed by electrician as new construction. It seems every year a switch dies and I have to replace it. A weak point in the design is the plastic protrusion on the molded "button" which pushes on a surface mount switch on the PCBA. But now I have a house full of these and they are very expensive relative to a single pole switch. They should be covered under a longer warranty...

Questions & Answers

Our home came new from the builder with these vacancy sensor switches installed in all bathrooms. We like them, especially the night light-like green light. After 11-years, 1 unit no longer works. From where in Los Angeles can we buy a replacement?

Asked by: Rajnesh
Unfortunately, this product is not on Home Depot's website, nor is it available at our local store. The same is true for Lowe's and at least a half dozen other places that come up from your link. Please check yourselves and see what the consumer sees. With it being so difficult to source, I am now wondering if I should just get something similar from Leviton that is on the shelf and readily available?
