I need the IC5010 module for this intercom but can't seem to find one. Can I use a standard 24V POE unmanaged network switch instead?

Unfortunately not. The Selective Call Intercom used CAT5 cabling as its backbone, but the voltages and signaling are proprietary to the hardware. The IC5010 is the brain of the system and without it the room stations will not function. Unfortunately we have discontinued the Selective Call Intercom and have exited the wired whole-house intercom market. Please accept our apologies.
