Assuming that your wiring is correct inside of your home elsewhere, terminate as follows. White Blue - Green Blue - Red White Orange - Black Orange - Yellow

Can you terminate CAT6 on this item?

It will be tight, but it will terminate. Since it is phone, the signaling tolerances won't matter with regard to Cat6 performance.
