Hello, we may need to troubleshoot to determine if there indeed is a component issue. Simply start with disconnecting the blue control output wire on the back of the sensor - it is low voltage. If the lights turn off when this is done the power pack is fine - possible sensor issue. If lights remain ON when the wire is removed - power pack needs to be replaced. Hello, It sounds like we have three separate power packs, we can use one power packs red/blue/black and the other two packs we will cap the red 24v off and in parallel connect the blues and blacks.
